We are seeking a dynamic Telecalling Executive to join our team. Your role will involve connecting with MBBS students, promoting and selling our books and live courses, and resolving customer queries in a professional and friendly manner.Key Responsibilities:📞 Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents. 🗣️ Clearly explain the benefits of Johari MBBS books, video lectures, and live classes. 🛍️ Pitch and sell relevant products/courses based on student needs. 💬 Answer queries related to orders, course access, app usage, and deliveries. 📝 Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and feedback. 🤝 Build rapport and trust with students and assist them throughout the buying journey. 🎯 Achieve daily/weekly sales and engagement targets.
