About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services. 2. Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries or concerns professionally. 3. Build rapport with customers to promote offerings and generate interest. 4. Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and customer interactions. 5. Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication to drive conversions. 6. Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. 7. Collaborate with the sales or support team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
