About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to potential vendors/service providers for empanelment. 2. Explain the empanelment benefits, process, and requirements clearly. 3. Guide vendors through portal registration and documentation submission. 4. Address queries related to the portal and resolve basic technical issues or escalate them when needed. 5. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and status of empanelment in the CRM/system. 6. Achieve daily/weekly targets for successful empanelment. 7. Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors during the onboarding process.
