Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated person for making outbound calls to our clients and handling inbound calls effectively.As a telecaller,your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance to potential clients regarding our MBBS programs offered abroad. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to provide information about our MBBS programs abroad.Handle incoming calls from clients and address their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.guide clients through the application process and provide neccessary assistance.Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in database.Meet daily and monthly call targets set by the management. Requirements: Excellent communication skills English, Hindi and Punjabi.Previous experience in telemarketing or costumer service would be and advantage.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone. Ability to work independently as well as part of team.Bassic computer skills of data entry and maintaining records.Willingness to undergo one week of training to understand the job responsibilities effectively.
