Position: Telecaller Industry: Immigration & Visa Services Location: Office-based Responsibilities: Counsel clients for Study, Tourist, Work, PR & Dependent visas Assess client profiles and suggest suitable visa options Explain eligibility, documentation, process & timelines Guide clients through application procedures Coordinate with documentation and filing teams Maintain client records and ensure follow-ups Ensure compliance with immigration laws and company policies Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets Requirements: Experience in visa counseling preferred (Freshers can also apply) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of visa processes for countries like Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, etc. Sales-oriented mindset Basic computer and documentation knowledge Skills Needed: Client counseling & sales conversion Immigration process knowledge Professional communication Problem-solving skills
