Role Description

We are looking for a Telecaller fluent in Hindi and English to assist used car dealers with onboarding on our Carwise platform - a product of Helios Spectra. The role includes guiding dealers through registration, making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, handling inbound inquiries, maintaining call records, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Hindi and English, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification
