Essential Responsibilities:
· To monitor all inbound/outbound calls, sales call.
· To handle sales leads, informative data, miscall data assign to agents daily basis.
· To check daily basis all follow up/task.
· To resolving queries and issue related to admission.
· To create lead generation and management in CRM to support the sales leads.
· To manage productivity.
· To manage inquiry admission process related to conversion into leads manages inbound/outbound targets of each agent.
· Pro- actively manages timely lead distribution and follow-up with Telesales team.
· To produce all management information as required team.
· To maintain all contact data related to admissions inquiry.
· To handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
