Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller (Hindi)Location: Kochi We are hiring for a leading NBFC Job Summary:We are looking for a Hindi-speaking Telecaller to manage outbound and inbound calls, assist customers, and support daily operations for a leading NBFC. The candidate should have strong Hindi communication skills and basic English understanding. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and explain financial products/services. Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain and update customer records. Follow calling guidelines and scripts. Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Handle customer issues professionally and escalate when needed. Ensure high-quality customer interaction at all times. Requirements:Fluency in Hindi (speaking & understanding). Basic English knowledge preferred. Minimum education: 10th / 12th / Any Degree. Telecalling/customer support experience preferred. Ability to work with targets and under pressure. Basic computer skills. Salary:₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month
