Job Overview:

Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make

  outbound calls

  to potential customers from provided leads and databases.
• Clearly articulate

  Purezza Technologies’ products and services

  to generate interest.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities for the sales team.
• Handle inbound

  customer queries

  and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all calls and

  customer interactions

  in the CRM system.
• Follow up on generated leads through calls and emails to

  nurture potential clients.

• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly call and

  lead generation targets

  .
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to share with the team.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:

   Graduates or final-year students pursuing a degree are preferred.

• Communication:

   Excellent command of 

  English, Hindi, and Gujarati

   (both verbal and written) with a pleasant and confident phone voice.

• Attitude:

   A positive, patient, and resilient mindset, self-motivated to learn and achieve individual and team targets.
