About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided database 2. Handle inbound inquiries and resolve basic customer questions 3. Explain IT products or services clearly and effectively 4. Schedule appointments for sales teams or conduct lead qualification 5. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM tools 6. Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and conversion goals 7. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive image of the company 8. Update client information and interactions in the system regularly 9. Experience in the IT Sector- Prior experience in call roles within IT services, SaaS, cloud, or tech support is highly desirable. 2. Tech-Savvy- Comfortable using digital tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace, CRM systems). Basic understanding of software solutions, digital transformation, or managed IT services. 3. Multilingual Ability- Fluency in English, Hindi is a must. 4. Target-Oriented Mindset- Should be motivated by targets and performance bonuses. Experience in handling pressure and meeting KPIs (calls per day, lead conversions, etc.). 5. Strong Follow-Up Skills- Ability to manage callbacks, follow-up tasks, and nurture leads effectively over time. 6. Immediate Joiners Preferred- Candidates who can join within 15 days will be given preference. 7. Willingness to Learn- Should be open to training on technical topics, product knowledge, and call handling scripts.
