Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with clients. 5. Following up with leads and nurturing relationships to convert them into sales. 6. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. 7. Keeping accurate records of interactions and updating the CRM system with relevant information.
