About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle both inbound calls from customers and make outbound calls to potential clients for sales, marketing, or research purposes. 2. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers professionally, provide information about products or services, answer inquiries, and address concerns. 3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers, generating leads for sales or other departments. 4. Sales and Persuasion: Persuade customers to make purchases or take action, potentially involving sales techniques or negotiation skills. 5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including call details, queries, and resolutions, in the CRM system. 6. Follow-up: Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive sales. 7. Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and inquiries, providing solutions and ensuring positive customer experiences. 8. Compliance: Comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to telecalling and data privacy.
