About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to pitch our products and services 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention 3. Use MS-Excel to track sales leads, client interactions, and conversion rates 4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion 5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner 6. Utilize your English and Hindi proficiency to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues 7.
