telecaller for health insurance sales

Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to promote and sell health insurance plans. The ideal candidate will contact potential clients, understand their insurance needs, and guide them toward the most suitable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Explain health insurance products in a simple and convincing manner
• Understand client needs and suggest suitable policies
• Handle queries and objections professionally
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream (Commerce/Marketing preferred)
• Prior experience in telesales or insurance (t mandatory)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work under targets and deadline
