Telecaller (Female) – Urgent Hiring

We are urgently hiring a female Telecaller who is confident, target-driven, and ready to join immediately. The ideal candidate must be motivated to achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion goals. Performance-based incentives will be offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to leads and prospects
• Generate qualified leads for our digital marketing & media services
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain detailed call records
• Book appointments or demos for the sales team
• Achieve weekly and monthly call & conversion targets
• Report daily progress to the team lead or manager

Candidate Requirements:

• Only female candidates
• Confident in communication (Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English)
• Must be result-oriented and serious about target completion
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM entry)
