Telecaller (Female) – Urgent Hiring

We are urgently hiring a female Telecaller who is confident, target-driven, and ready to join immediately. The ideal candidate must be motivated to achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion goals. Performance-based incentives will be offered. Key Responsibilities: Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to leads and prospects Generate qualified leads for our digital marketing & media services Follow up on inquiries and maintain detailed call records Book appointments or demos for the sales team Achieve weekly and monthly call & conversion targets Report daily progress to the team lead or manager Candidate Requirements: Only female candidates Confident in communication (Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English) Must be result-oriented and serious about target completion Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM entry) Benefits: Friendly office culture & growth opportunities Skill development & internal training Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Language: Gujarati (Required) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
