Telecaller ( female )

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar customer-facing role in any industry. Strong communication skills and good knowledge of the Bhubaneswar market are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make inbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Explain products and services clearly and persuasively.
• Fix appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with clients for feedback and conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client details.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
• Handle inquiries and professionally resolve issues.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and reporting metrics.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller or in any customer interaction role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English.
• Strong understanding of Bhubaneswar city and its local market.
• Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

SALARY - 8000- 12000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Weekend availability
