Telecaller (Female only)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Client Connect & Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, handle lead follow-ups, and support daily back-office operations. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer relationship, or support roles, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage lead maturing and follow-up calls to convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain accurate customer relationship management (CRM) data and call records.
• Receive inbound calls and provide prompt support and information to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
• Perform back-office duties including data entry, documentation, and report generation.
• Ensure timely communication and maintain a professional tone with every interaction.
• Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication in Bengali, Hindi and English.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
• Positive attitude, patience, and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle customer queries effectively.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, CRM, or back-office operations.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM software).
• Confident, disciplined, and goal-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
