We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic female Telecaller to join our team and help us connect with potential clients and promote our digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and prospects to introduce our services (Web Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, etc.).
• Clearly explain our digital solutions based on customer needs.
• Follow up on marketing campaign leads, referrals, and website inquiries.
• Maintain call records and customer interactions using our tools.
• Set up meetings for the business development team.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Only Female Candidates
• Must be based in Mumbai
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
• Basic knowledge of websites, SEO, or social media is a bonus (training will be provided)
• Strong command of English and Hindi
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a digital-focused environment
• Ability to handle calls confidently and build rapport with potential clients
