URGENT: Junior Digital Marketing Executive (E-commerce Ads & AI)

About Us

We’re a 15+ year experienced digital agency in Mumbai, delivering end-to-end digital solutions across SEO, Social Media, PPC, and Creative Design. We’re now hiring a Junior Digital Marketing Executive who can assist in Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce brands while also using AI tools to improve speed, creativity, and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, running, and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Work on e-commerce ad campaigns (Performance Max, Shopping Ads, Retargeting).
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS), and prepare reports.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, SurferSEO, automation workflows, etc.) to speed up campaign execution, creative content, and research.
• Support the senior marketing manager in day-to-day campaign management and client updates.
• Stay updated with latest trends in ads, e-commerce, and AI-driven marketing.

Mandatory Requirements

• 1–2 years hands-on experience in digital ads (Meta Ads & Google Ads).
• Proven exposure to e-commerce ad campaigns (not just lead generation).
• Basic knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and ad optimization metrics.
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing, content, or ad creativity.
• Available for onsite role in Mumbai (no work from home).

Good to Have (Optional)

• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or other e-commerce CMS.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or CRO basics.
• Ability to think creatively and propose data-driven improvements.
