About the Role: As a Telecaller you will be an essential part of our customer engagement team. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to introduce our products/services, build relationships, and generate interest. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information about our offerings. Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads, ensuring a steady flow of potential customers for the sales team. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address concerns, and guide customers through the decision-making process. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and customer engagement. Qualifications: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
