Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Telecaller with subsequent computer skill to join our service center team in Kollam - C.K.P Junction, Near Kadavoor Bypass (within 10 KM radius). The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and assisting with all service centre activities (Non Technical). Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers to provide information about V-Guard services. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain and update customer database with accurate and relevant information. Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service. Manage components in-store, ensuring accurate tracking and timely management of inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize discrepancies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is preferred. Proven experience as a telecaller or in a customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organizational and time management skills.
