Telecaller Executive

You are an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller with 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, specializing in Digital Marketing, Web Development, and Web Designing. Your primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining the services offered, understanding client needs, generating sales leads, and maintaining detailed records. You should possess a basic understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media management, website development, and design to effectively communicate with clients and drive conversions and sales. Your key responsibilities will involve recommending tailored solutions to clients based on their business goals, arranging follow-up calls, and providing clients with basic technical information related to the services offered. It is essential to stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, web development, and design to provide accurate and relevant information to clients. You will be expected to meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for lead generation and possess excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts in simple terms. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to meet or exceed targets for lead generation.
