Job Summary:

We are seeking a Telecaller- Female who specializes in lead conversion to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential leads, understanding their needs, providing relevant information, and converting them into qualified prospects or customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to follow up on warm leads provided by the company
• Understand customer requirements and explain product/service offerings clearly
• Build rapport with potential clients and convince them to take the next step (demo, registration, appointment, purchase, etc.)
• Update lead status in CRM or Excel sheets accurately
• Handle basic queries and objections effectively
• Share feedback and insights with the team to improve lead quality

Requirements:

• Graduation preferred
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus
• Basic computer knowledge
• Pleasant and confident phone presence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
