Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls. The role involves explaining products/services, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
• Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries.
• Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Provide detailed information to customers about company offerings.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales, or similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
