A leading Water and Solar Project Manufacturing Company, based in Sonarpur, Kolkata, is hiring experienced Tele caller Executives for immediate joining. We welcome your application if you have strong communication skills and a passion for client interaction.

Job Role:

As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, client communication, and product promotion to support our business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services
• Explain features, pricing, and benefits clearly and professionally
• Address customer queries and provide correct information
• Follow up with clients for updates or additional services
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales or lead targets
• Document client feedback for reporting and improvement
• Attend regular team meetings and performance reviews

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal communication in Bengali, Hindi, and English (mandatory)
• Good interpersonal and client-handling skills
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
• Positive attitude and ability to accept rejection professionally

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Graduate in any stream
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele calling or Telesales
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles will be a strong advantage
• Must be comfortable working in an in-person role at Sonarpur

Salary & Benefits:

• Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month (in hand)
