Job Overview
Meluha International School is looking for a confident, articulate, and result-oriented Telecaller / Voice Support Executive – Admissions to support the Admissions Department through structured outbound calling and parent engagement.
The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with prospective parents through outbound calls, provide accurate information about the school, address initial queries, and convert leads into confirmed campus visits. This position acts as a critical communication bridge between parents, Admissions Counsellors, and the Front Office team, ensuring a smooth and professional admissions journey.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi, demonstrate pleasant phone etiquette, and have a strong follow-up mindset to support admissions conversions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Outbound Calling Support
● Make structured outbound calls to prospective parents using leads provided by the
Admissions and Marketing teams.
● Clearly explain the school’s curriculum, programs, facilities, fee structure (basic level),
and admission process.
● Engage parents confidently, understand their requirements, and address initial queries
professionally.
● Convince and convert outbound calls into scheduled campus visits.
● Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested parents until the campus visit is
confirmed.
● Record call outcomes, parent responses, and next steps accurately in the tracking
system.
Coordination with Admissions Counsellors
● Act as a communication bridge between parents and Admissions Counsellors.
● Share parent requirements, concerns, and expectations with the Admissions Counsellor
before campus visits.
● Coordinate closely with the Admissions Counsellor to align on availability for counselling
sessions.
● Support the Admissions Counsellor by ensuring parents are well-informed and prepared
before campus visits.
● Assist in follow-ups post campus visit, as guided by the Admissions team, to support
conversion efforts.
Campus Visit & Front Office Coordination
● Coordinate with the Admin Front Office team to schedule and confirm campus visits.
● Ensure visitor details, visit dates, and time slots are communicated clearly to all
stakeholders.
● Follow up with parents before the visit to reconfirm attendance and provide visit-related
guidance.
● Support the Front Office team during high-volume admissions periods, if required.
Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities
● Maintain daily call logs, follow-up trackers, and campus visit records accurately.
● Prepare basic daily and weekly reports on calls made, visits scheduled, and follow-up
status.
● Update admissions databases with complete and timely information.
● Support admissions campaigns, walk-ins, and school promotional activities when
required.
● Ensure all telephonic communication is polite, professional, and aligned with the
school’s values.
Qualifications and Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
● Prior experience in telecalling, voice support, admissions, customer service, or sales
coordination is an added advantage.
● Good verbal communication skills in English and Telugu; Hindi is an added advantage.
● Strong listening skills with the ability to build rapport over calls.
● Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, CRM/Google Sheets).
● Ability to handle objections, follow up consistently, and work with conversion targets.
● Organised, proactive, and capable of coordinating with multiple teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
