About the Role:

Narayana Tutorials (Unit of Gopal Narayan Singh University) is looking for passionate and energetic Callers / Telecallers to join our academic outreach and student counseling team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to connect with students and parents effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students and parents to inform about courses and admission processes.
• Counsel and guide students regarding available programs.
• Maintain data and follow up regularly with leads.
• Coordinate with the academic and admission team for updates.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English proficiency will be an advantage).
• Good convincing power and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM entry preferred).
• Prior experience in the education sector will be given preference.
