Job Description

We are looking for an empathetic counselor who can take our organisation to new heights. Responsibilities:- Counsel student and parents regarding available courses, career options and programs. Manage the end-to-end admission process, from inquiry to enrollment. Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings to convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in admission system. Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and schools/colleges. Act as a point of contact for student queries even after admission, ensuring a smooth on boarding experience.
