Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to English-speaking customers and explain products/services clearly.
  • Handle inbound calls professionally and resolve customer queries in English.
  • Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert inquiries into appointments or sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
  • Maintain a polite, confident, and customer-friendly communication style.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM/calling software (preferred).
  • Ability to handle customer objections and maintain professionalism.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
