Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our educational institute in Chennai. The role involves reaching out to prospective students, providing information about our courses, answering inquiries, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and their parents.

Provide information about the institute's courses, fees, schedules, and other details.

Follow up on inquiries to convert them into enrollments.

Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Achieve daily and monthly call and enrollment targets.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

Prior telecalling or customer service experience is required

Excellent communication skills and a friendly phone demeanor.

Target-driven and goal-oriented.
