Job Title: Telecaller / Education Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers / Counsellors to join our team. Your primary role will be to connect with potential candidates interested in studying abroad, provide them with accurate information, and guide them through the admission process. Your communication skills and ability to counsel effectively will play a crucial role in closing enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and inquiries related to studying abroad.
• Explain courses, universities, and application processes clearly and confidently.
• Follow up with potential students via phone, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Maintain a proper database of all conversations and leads.
• Work towards daily/weekly calling targets and closing admissions.
• Provide accurate information and resolve basic queries.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.
• Confident and persuasive personality
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Freshers are welcome – Training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
