Telecaller cum Visa Counselor

You should have a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in visa counselling and telecalling in immigration, along with a good understanding of work, tourist, and visitor visas. Your responsibilities will include handling face-to-face and phone inquiries related to visas. It is essential to possess excellent communication and convincing skills, as well as a pleasant personality. You will be expected to achieve and surpass monthly targets set by the management team, demonstrating strong negotiation skills with a results-driven approach. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as paid sick time and Provident Fund.
