Telecaller cum Sales Executive

Job Description

Make outbound calls to generate leads and schedule site visits. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide detailed project information. Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into successful sales. Maintain and update CRM with lead details, follow-ups, and sales progress. Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the project site. Present property features, pricing, and payment plans effectively. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for efficient lead management. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property options. Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and clear communication. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
