About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to support end-to-end event planning, promotion, and execution. The role involves digital promotions, lead generation, client coordination, and on-ground event management.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
*Create and manage advertisements on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google
*Plan, execute, and monitor ad campaigns and lead generation activities
*Generate leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication
*Coordinate with participants, clients, exhibitors, organizers, and vendors
*Conduct web-based data mining across various domains and industries as required
*Maintain and regularly update Excel sheets with accurate data and proper remarks
*Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales support materials
*Handle on-ground event operations and coordination
*Support other event-related tasks as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,130.89 - ₹28,195.13 per month
