Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller cum Sales Executive who can handle outbound/inbound calls, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into confirmed clients for our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Handle inbound enquiries professionally
• Explain construction projects, pricing & services
• Follow up with interested leads and schedule site visits
• Convert leads into sales
• Maintain daily call and lead follow-up records

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience as Telecaller / Sales Executive
• Prior experience in construction or real estate is mandatory
• Strong communication & persuasion skills
• Target-oriented and disciplined with follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of Excel/lead tracking

Working Hours

• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 6 days working
