Telecaller Cum Reception Executive (Male/Female)

Surya Web Development is looking for a Telecaller Cum Reception Executive (Male/Female) who can efficiently handle inbound/outbound calls while managing front office responsibilities. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors and support sales and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company services
• Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries professionally
• Manage front desk and welcome visitors courteously
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and visitor entries
• Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams for client requirements
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Handle basic office administration tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the reception area

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Odia
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet)
• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly personality
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in telecalling, front desk, or customer support is an advantage
• Female candidates preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,209.98 - ₹12,965.88 per month

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
