Telecaller cum Inside Sales Executive

You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, converting leads into sales, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. Your key responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads, following up on inquiries received via phone, email, and social media, explaining product/service details and benefits to prospects, identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions, converting leads into sales by handling objections and negotiations, and achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic Telecaller cum Inside Sales Executive (Female) with 0-1 year of experience. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred. The work location is in person.,
