We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Data Entry Operator cum Computer Operator cum Telecaller. This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented person with good computer skills and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for managing data, performing various computer operations, and engaging with customers over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry: Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases. Verifying data for accuracy and completeness. Computer Operations: Managing digital records and performing regular backups. Sending emails and other digital correspondence. Telecalling: Making outbound calls to customers to provide info on products/services. Handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving basic issues. Explaining products and services clearly and persuasively. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Basic verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Basic knowledge of internet and general computer operations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Courteous, confident, and persuasive on calls. Work Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Every Sunday is a fixed off. Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month, with additional performance-based bonuses.
