Telecaller

Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to join our Insurance Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining various insurance products, and generating leads for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build trust with customers over the phone. Key Responsibilities: ·        Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote life, health, motor, and other insurance products. ·        Explain policy features, benefits, and premiums in a clear and convincing manner. ·        Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans. ·        Schedule appointments for field sales representatives or advisors. ·        Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals. ·        Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system. ·        Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. ·        Handle basic customer queries and transfer complex cases to the concerned department. Requirements: ·        High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus. ·        Prior experience in telecalling or insurance sales preferred. ·        Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. ·        Good knowledge of insurance products and terminology (training may be provided). ·        Target-oriented with a positive and persuasive attitude. ·        Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools. Location & Working Hours: ·        Office-based ·        Regular working hours 9.30am to 6.30pm.
