We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into customers. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers Follow-up on leads and inquiries Explain products/services clearly and confidently Maintain a daily call record Meet weekly/monthly targets Provide excellent customer service Requirements: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred Good communication skills in [mention languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.] Basic computer knowledge Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally Perks: Attractive salary + performance-based incentives Training and growth opportunities Friendly work environment
