Job Title: Sales Telecaller (IndiaMART & B2B Portals) Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Sales Telecaller to handle inquiries and generate business leads through IndiaMART and other B2B portals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our products/services, maintaining follow-ups, and converting inquiries into sales. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming inquiries and leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial, and other B2B portals Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services Maintain customer database and follow up for lead conversion Achieve monthly sales and call targets Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing Requirements: Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English preferred) Basic knowledge of B2B portals like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc. Proven experience in telecalling or inside sales will be an advantage Computer proficiency and ability to manage CRM or Excel records Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
