Telecaller – Immigration Consultancy (Full-Time)

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with clients, and a passion for helping people navigate their immigration journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls: Engaging with potential customers to promote products or services.
• Handling inbound calls: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Generating leads: Identifying and qualifying potential customers for sales teams.
• Following up with customers: Maintaining contact to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Meeting sales targets: Contributing to individual and team sales goals.

• Excellent communication skills: Clear and persuasive verbal communication is crucial.
• Customer service skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Interpersonal skills: Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
