Job Description

Location: Ettumanoor
Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services.
Handle inbound inquiries politely and provide accurate information.
Maintain daily call logs and follow up with interested customers.
Build good customer relationships through clear communication.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Malayalam (English is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in telecalling/telemarketing preferred, but freshers can also apply.

Salary: As per company norms + incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.30 - ₹15,000.00 per month
