Telecaller and Counsellor – Internship Programs (Delhi NCR Based)

Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid – Work from home + College Visits as needed)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract (Flexible)

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to students and college Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) to promote our internship programs.

Explain the benefits, application process, and learning opportunities.

Follow up on leads and maintain a database of contacts.

Schedule meetings or webinars with colleges when required.

Visit colleges across Delhi NCR for seminars, partnership discussions, or promotional activities (as needed).

Coordinate with internal teams for promotional material and information sessions.

Prepare daily/weekly reports of calls and outreach status.

Requirements

Must be based in Delhi NCR

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Prior experience in telecalling, student outreach, admissions, or education sales is preferred.

Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Ability to visit colleges in the Delhi NCR region if required .

Self-motivated, polite, and persuasive.
