The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining the company’s products or services, and converting leads into sales or appointments. Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team. Maintain customer follow-up and call logs in Excel or CRM. Achieve daily and weekly call targets. Maintain a professional and friendly tone during communication. Provide feedback to the team leader on lead quality and customer behavior. 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate in any field Excellent communication in Gujarati, Hindi (English – optional or basic) Polite, confident, and persuasive speaking skills Ability to handle rejections and remain calm Fixed salary with performance-based incentives Office-based job (no field work)
