Job Description:
We are hiring Telesales Officers for our insurance division. The role involves promoting insurance products, explaining policy benefits, and assisting customers in choosing the right plan.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain insurance product details clearly in Hindi (English is an advantage).
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain call records and follow up with customers.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi.
• Positive attitude and confidence in sales conversations.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
