Job Summary: We are hiring a Sales Manager with strong leadership and sales expertise to manage a high-performing inside sales team at our Navi Mumbai (MBP) office. The ideal candidate will have 510 years of experience in sales, especially in financial, legal, or SaaS services, and a strong track record of sales team management and revenue generation . Key Responsibilities: Manage and guide a team of 815 inside sales executives Take ownership of revenue generation and monthly sales targets Drive daily performance to meet sales KPIs and revenue goals Develop strategies to convert inbound leads into paying clients Promote services such as company registration, GST filings, tax compliance, etc. Monitor performance metrics, call quality, and lead conversion rates Coordinate with internal departments for seamless service delivery Train, onboard, and mentor junior sales staff Prepare and present sales reports to senior management Foster a high-performance culture and drive motivation within the team Key Requirements: Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred) 5–10 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / B2B service sales Proven experience in sales team handling and achieving revenue targets Strong understanding of SME customer needs, financial & legal services Proficiency in CRM tools Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and lead from the front Salary & Benefits: Salary: As per last drawn CTC, job stability, and relevant experience Performance-based monthly incentives Health insurance and employee benefits Career advancement in a fast-growing company Work from a modern, professional office space in MBP, Navi Mumbai Work Location: Millennium Business Park (MBP), Sector 2, Mahape, Navi Mumbai – 400710 Monday to Saturday (Full-Time, Work from Office) How to Apply: Email: reenuchauhan@indiafilings.com Call: Reenu – 8655895724
