Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Sales:

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to introduce new products, promotions, and sales events.
Handle inbound calls, provide product information, and offer solutions to customer needs.
Qualify leads and follow up to convert them into sales opportunities or appointments.

Customer Service & Support:

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team or department.
Assist with post-sale inquiries and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Data Management & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system.
Record all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for future reference.
Submit daily progress reports on activities and performance against targets.

Product & Market Knowledge:

Follow communication scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistent messaging.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, service information, and market trends.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new opportunities.

Performance & Targets:

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Contribute to the overall sales and customer engagement goals of the retail business.
