Tele-Sales Executives


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
  • Explain software products, features, and benefits effectively to clients.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Update and manage customer data in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams for campaign execution and feedback.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi preferred).
  • Confidence in pitching software or IT-based products over phone calls.
  • Basic understanding of CRM, SaaS, or IT solutions (training will be provided).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; experience in

    IT/Software Sales, BPO, or Telemarketing

    is an added advantage.
