Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

• Explain the features, benefits, and exclusive offers of the hotel membership program.
• Address customer queries, objections, and concerns with clarity and confidence.
• Maintain a consistent follow-up routine to nurture leads and close sales.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and pitch effectiveness.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or direct sales
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Good listening skills and empathy towards customer needs.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• High level of professionalism and work ethic.
• Fluency in English, Hindi.
